The

Due the liquid chemical fluids leaking from the underground pipes, so exploded
and open a big open space right on the center of streets next to the stores in
the busy business areas in approx.. Three blocks of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan
South.

Now after Explosions two weeks later, The Tw Government, make up mind to find
out what these pipes for underground, since built more than 60 years ago while
the Japanese left Taiwan in year 1945, and since the KMT Taiwan take over
Taiwan in year 1949.

Utilities Services for the people, factories shall be reviewed and checked
carefully for safety reason.
4.
Time frame: easily take more than three years or quite more than five or ten
years.

The cost of the newly built underground piping systems- for water, gas, oil,
electricity, chemical fluids, sewage, drainage,etc. easy say minimum 10 million
Us dollars, 500 million us dollars, 1000 million us dollars, may be much more ?
